This project would not have been possible were it not for the funding we have received. We would like to express our deep gratitude to all who have helped us to create Project 57.
Leicester Shire Economic Partnership

LSEP provided £200,00 of capital funding towards the redevelopment of the building. |
Adventure Capital Fund
Adventure Capital FundInvesting in Community Enterprises |
The Adventure Capital Fund provided £100,000 towards the redevelopment of the building. |
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust
 |
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust provided £99,900 towards the redevelopment of the project. |
North West Leicestershire District Council
 |
North West Leicestershire District Council supported the project with technical advice and a grant of £10,000. Funding of £18,000 was also provided through the Housing Renewal Area Fund which is administered by NWLDC. |
Business in the Community
 |
Business in the Community were instrumental in setting up ICE. We won £100,000 prize money in the 1997 Better Towns Competition which allowed us to buy and develop the community shop. This funding also provided £35,000 towards the initial purchase of the building. |
